GETTING YOUR WEDDING NEGATIVES AND THEIR COPYRIGHT SHOULD BE IMPORTANT TO YOU.  WHY?  If your Wedding Album and Prints are ever lost in a fire, flood or theft, you will need to print new pictures! We include all of your NEGATIVES AND CD-ROMs so that you and your family and friends can print all of your Wedding pictures on any computer printer or at any photo-lab anywhere in the World! This ends up saving you hundreds, even thousands of dollars!

WE DON'T USE DIGITAL CAMERAS WHEN PHOTOGRAPHING WEDDINGS.  WE ALWAYS USE FILM SO THAT WE CAN GIVE BRIDES THEIR NEGATIVES.  WHY? Negatives have a very long life span, going back to before the Civil War. But what about CD-ROMs and DVDs? Even if they do last, what will you play them on in the future? The computers of "tomorrow" won't even recognize the computers of "today". For example, try finding a computer that will open floppies, disks, etc. They're useless! We want to make sure that all of the pictures that we take at Weddings (including pictures of grand-parents, family groups, etc.) last for hundreds of years so that they can be passed on to future generations so that they can enjoy their family history.

BRIDES! BEWARE OF DIGITAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY.  IT COULD BECOME YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!  WHY? Most Wedding Photographers have switched to using digital cameras because they don't have to spend any money on film or film developing. But, the biggest problem with digital is that all of your irreplaceable Wedding pictures are stored on Computers, CD-Roms or DVD's, which means that there are NO negatives as a back-up!  Now, any person that has ever used a Computer knows that storing your irreplaceable Wedding Pictures on a Computer is a disaster just waiting to happen!  Brides can easily loose all of their wedding pictures in just the blink of an eye ... during a power surge, a power-out, fire, flood or theft.  And, another BIG problem with digital is that because of the fast pace of technology, there is NO GUARANTEE that in the years ahead, Brides (or their future children & grand-children) will be able to see the Wedding Pictures on the CD-Rom's or DVD's because the software and hardware of tomorrow won't work with them (Remember Floppies ... Cassettes ... VHS ... Vinyl Records ... just to name a few items that were once useful and are now useless!). We always include both the Bride's Negatives and CD-Roms!  By doing this, our Brides get the best of BOTH Worlds, the longevity and safety of Negatives, plus the fun and creative use of Digital.

A RECENT MAGAZINE ARTICLE IN A PROFESSIONAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY MAGAZINE WARNED OF THE DANGER OF USING DIGITAL CAMERAS AT WEDDINGS! THE ARTICLE READ: "the relationship between digital cameras and computers is tenuous. Once-in-a-lifetime events (such as Weddings) that are captured on digital cameras can simply disappear in an instant.  When it comes to convenience, digital photography has some real advantages over film.  But one tradeoff is the increased risk of losing images.  Another danger faced is the accidental deletion of images from the camera's storage media.  Even after you transfer the photos from your camera to your computer, your job of protecting the images isn't finished.  Hard drives are mechanical devices that can fail anytime -- even right out of the box!"
